Can you checkout the uvcdat from opengeoscience organization, and build
this branch: *new_build_system?*

Make sure that you turn SB_ENABLE_GRAPHICS to OFF (as that requires Qt and
PyQt) which we don't at this moment. *Also, set SB_BUILD_PYTHONINTERP to
OFF and SB_USE_SYSTEM_PYTHONINTERP to ON *(in advanced mode you will see
these options or you can invoke cmake with -D to set these)
