[Openchemistry-developers] Interest in GSoC 2020 Project - Open Babel and DeepChem

Greetings,

I am Arnab Sinha, pre-final year undergraduate at The LNMIIT, Jaipur. I
work in Data Science and Machine Learning and am familiar with Python,
Tensorflow and Keras and have worked on quite a few projects in the
aforementioned fields.

I am interested in and willing to contribute to the following projects for
GSoC 2020.

   - DeepChem, Data Interfaces
   - Open Babel, Develop a validation and standardization filter

I would be obliged if I could be guided with the steps to be followed to
contribute to these projects.
