[Openchemistry-developers] RPC Listener?

I want to be able to send data to an Avogadro2 process while it is running.
More specifically, I want to be able to edit/change the molecule that is
currently being displayed.

Is this what the RPC listener can be used for? If so, does anyone know
where some documentation is for me to look at or some kind of instructions
on how to use it?

If not, is there another way to change the molecule being displayed in an
Avogadro2 process via pipes?
