[Openchemistry-developers] MoleQueue windows build failures / Qt version

It looks like the dashboards are failing for the windows molequeue builds
on amber9 and amber10:

This is probably a result of the recent version bump for Qt -- MoleQueue
now requires 4.8.0 to get around some of these compiler errors in the
metatype system. Can someone install Qt 4.8 on these boxes?
