<div>I am trying to perform a bioluminescence tomography on a mouse using NIRFAST. To do so I have a 3D picture of the volume of the mouse, and several 2D pictures of the bioluminescence intensity that generates the mouse, taken by a CCD, at several wavelengths.<br>

<div>In NIRFAST,the reconstruction algorithm starts with specific formats (.elem, .link, .meas, .node, .vtk, .region, .param, .source...), and I don't really get how to generate these files from the inputs I have.<br>

<div>Is there a specific function available for that? Or is there a documentation explaining the use of each file and how to generate it?<br>
