[Nirfast] You need to specify a valid region number Error

Hello everyone,

In NIRFast MATLAB, I am trying to change the optical properties of a mesh.

In the dialog box that opens up where we change the optical values,
there is a field 'Region Number'. I am confused about what I should enter
in this field. Every time, I enter something, it shows "enter a valid
region number".

Can anyone please guide me on what I should do?
