[Nirfast] A question for NIRFAST.

Dear friends:
                    I encountered a question when using the NIRFAST 9.1. Specifically, when I want to load up the head.mha file according to the PDF file "human head models" in the image2mesh_gui, an error message shown below often appers. Could you help me to solve it? Thanks!
