Hi,
The below problem was easily resolved; however I am unclear about the data format for spectral reconstructions. In the 2d Breast example, in the generated .paa file each wavelengths respective data columns are preceded by a column of ones. I believe this is some kind of flag related to the link, but I am not sure. Any clarifications on this would be appreciated!
Thank you,
Aiza

Subject: Using NIRFAST in linux
Hi,
I am trying to use NIRFAST in linux, however when I try to load a mesh I receive the following error:
Invalid MEX-file 'O:\2\users\NIRFAST\NIRFAST-9.1\toolbox\mex\distance.mexw64': Missing dependent shared libraries:
'MSVCR90.dll' required by 'O:\2\users\NIRFAST\NIRFAST-9.1\toolbox\mex\distance.mexw64'.
Any pointers or help on how to use NIRFAST in linux would be appreciated!
Thank you,
Aiza K
