[Nirfast] Fiducials out of the volume

Good morning,
I segmented a CT from thorax and want now to create the mesh, I am placing fiducials by clicking over the volume, and after the mesh creation the fiducials appear far from the volume. It seems to be that fiducials and volume are set in different reference frames.

Would you please help me?
