Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by the floods. If there is anything we can do or if people need a place to stay, let us know and we can arrange with friends and family over in Europe to accommodate guests.
Please email me if you need help.

Subject: [Na-mic-project-week] Notes from 23rd NA-MIC Project Week Conference Call: May 31st, Tuesday 9am Boston time
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for a productive call this morning.
As many of you have noted, the CARS registration fee for NAMIC Project Week is much higher than we usually budget.
It is entirely acceptable if you want to wait to register onsite and hold onto the 650 Euro until the very last minute!
I've also started a conversation (one-way at this point) with the CARS organizers to see if students attending Project Week can get the same rate as students attending CARS. I don't expect to resolve this before the actual meeting, so that is another reason for students to wait until they are onsite.
SO the protocol now is to add your name to the wiki below if you are positive that you will be attending (please do it after you book your non-refundable ticket!). Please also note specifically if you will be at DKFZ on Monday (the first day of Project Week will be held there).
