It was typed during the session,
so all errors and typos are mine  :-/



You can configure and build the directory using CMake.

The configuration is using the FindCUDA.cmake support from

https://gforge.sci.utah.edu/gf/project/findcuda/scmsvn/?action=browse&path=%2F*checkout*%2Ftrunk%2FFindCuda.html

These CMake configuration files have been copied in:

http://svn.na-mic.org/NAMICSandBox/trunk/CUDA-ITK/CMake/cuda/

(they are under an MIT license).



At configuration time, CMake will only require you to
point to your binary build of ITK, and your installation
directories of cuda and the cuda sdk.


I have only tested this in an Ubuntu 8.10 machine...
