[Midas] Setting Up Plugins

Good Morning Everyone,


As a first time Midas user, I am having problems setting up the plugin as described in the paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3741535/.

I tried to go to the directories of my Midas account homepage but I was unable to find the directory ~/midas/plugin/ to add the plugin described in the associated repository:

https://github.com/midasplatform/rodent.<https://github.com/midasplatform/rodent>

If it's not too much of a bother, it would be much appreciated if someone can guide me to a tutorial that goes over a plugin set up in detail, enough for a total newbie like me to follow.
