Could you provide the following information to help you debug: 1) GIT SHA of Midas. 2) What plugins are enabled. 3) What the version number at the bottom of the page is. Also, it could be that you need to run the database upgrade, you should be given a link to do that when logged in as an administrator. Do you see that link?
