[Midas] dicom extractor

Ludovic,

I would recommend deploying the latest version of Midas from the git repository. i.e.

    git clone git://public.kitware.com/MIDAS/Midas3.git (http://public.kitware.com/MIDAS/Midas3.git)

That should get the latest code and the installation should work in the same manner as from the source tar ball.

On the matter of the filling of tables, the DicomExtractor puts the DICOM headers into the Midas metadata framework. This is a de-normalized table structure that isn't as simple as a single table. I would recommend using the Midas models and DAOs to access the metadata information.

Hope that helps!
