[Midas] creating custom tables

Hi Midas:

	Another thing which my new custom plugin/module needs to do is to save information in the database.  I found some documentation at http://www.kitware.com/midaswiki/index.php/Documentation/Latest/Developer/Modules#Adding_a_database_table_and_model which looks helpful.  Is there a module that I can look at for a working example?
