[Midas] thumbnail field

In older versions of Midas, the thumbnail field contained a relative path
to the thumbnail on disk. In more recent versions we replaced that field
with a thumbnail_id field, which is either NULL or the id of a bitstream
representing the thumbnail-- we started storing thumbnalis in the
assetstore, just like we do for all other bitstreams. It is fine to leave
this field as the default value, since it is now possible to generate an
item's thumbnail at any time via the web api.
Thanks,
Zach
