[Midas] tree browser action list

You should upgrade to the latest version to get the javascript callbacks
working; they were introduced fairly recently.

I would recommend doing a git clone of our active repository: git://
public.kitware.com/MIDAS/Midas3.git

That way you can pull in updates as we complete them, and possibly even
work in our "next" branch so we can collaborate with minimal delay.
