[Midas] metadata

[Mona Wong]

	My app made a call to midas.item.create with the following URL:

https://i<midas_server>/api/json?method=midas.item.create&useSession&parentid=668&name=test.nii.axml&privacy=Private&_ontology_terms=embolism,

	followed by midas.upload.generatetoken and midas.upload.perform.  All calls were successful and the file was saved.  However, when I viewed the test.nii.axml file, it says there is no metadata.

	Is this a bug?
