Hi Mona,

itemrevision_id will uniquely identify a row in the itemrevision table of
the db, so it will also uniquely identify this itemrevision for an item.
 You are correct, another revision for the same item will have a different
itemrevision_id.

The 1 in revision means that this is revision 1 for this item, the item
could have 1 or more revisions.
