[Midas] dicom plugin (dcmtk build error)

Hi Zach,
   waiting for a working update, in the meantime, is there a previous
MIDASserver/MIDAScpp/MIDASdicom version(s) compatible with plugins (at
least with BatchMake and Dicom ones)?
