[Midas] dicom plugin (dcmtk build error)

Hi Zach,
   it builds!

Only a question. During MIDAScpp building, it entered in an sqlite
console: what I have to do, inside it? Actually, I simply exited...
(typing .exit;), but probably it is not the expected command...

Please, let me know, what I have to do...
