[Midas] Notice of a force push

Due to repository maintenance issues, the Midas 2 repository at
public.kitware.com:MIDAS/Midas.git was force pushed. Any local
repositories will need to have their master and next branches reset.
The following commands will be helpful for that:

git checkout master
git reset --hard origin/master
git checkout next
git reset --hard origin/next

All topics tracking the old branches will need to be rebased as well.
