[KWWidgets-Developers] [slicer-users] hide hidden folders in File dialogs

KWWidgets does not use the native file open dialog, instead it has its
own file browser dialog, which is a composite widget including a few
child widgets (directory explorer, file table list, favorite directory
etc). This feature was not implemented in KWFileBrowserDialog.
