[Kwiver-announce] MAP-Tk v0.8.0 released

We have recently released MAP-Tk v0.8.0.  MAP-Tk is the component of KWIVER for aerial photogrammetry.  This release refactors MAP-Tk by splitting out core utilities into a new repository called Vital to be shared across all KWIVER projects.  It also adds new capabilities.
