[ITK-users] How to use rotation matrix and translation to perform Rigid 3D transform?

Hello Paniwani,

Are you trying to:

1. Resample the PET image into the CT image using the transformation matrix
from dicom?

or

2. Perform multi-modality intensity-based registration to calculate the
rigid transform from PET-to-CT space and compare it against the dicom
transform as gold standard?
