[ITK-users] Draw a an ellipse in a specific orientation in 3D image

That example changes orientation of 3D image in space. If you are not
viewing the image in relation to some other 3D object, you will not notice
a difference.

I suspect that drawing an ellipse is a 2D operation, done on a single
slice. That's why I suggested PolyLineParametricPath.
