[ITK-users] Registration of images with varying topology

Dear ITK users,

I would like to perform registration on two images with varying topology. I
have tried the diffeomorphic demons filter to do this. Can someone please
tell me how to calculate which pixel in the fixed image corresponds to
which pixel in the moving image? I do not understand how to use the
displacement field generated by the diffeomorphic demons filter.
