[ITK-users] differences in the output of OptimizerType::ParameterType on different linux version

Due to the discrete nature of computers, one or the other will be "more
correct". To evaluate which libm is generating more desirable results, a
quantitative metric, such as the mean distance between transformed
fiducials, can be computed.
Docker or a virtual machine can be used to guarantee more consistent
results. The libm will be the same in this case.
