So the root of your problem is not in building ITK-Snap (Step D), it is in
building ITK (Step B). Is this correct?

If that is so, go to the build directory of your ITK and attach the cmake
cache file (i.e. CMakeCache.txt) to your message. Your CMake configuration
is probably incorrect.
