[ITK-users] Problem with building a journal paper

hi Matt,
I downloaded the zip file from the site u suggested... while configuring the
following errors occur..

The C compiler identification is MSVC 17.0.50727.1
The CXX compiler identification is MSVC 17.0.50727.1
Check for working C compiler using: Visual Studio 11 2012 Win64
Check for working C compiler using: Visual Studio 11 2012 Win64 -- works
Detecting C compiler ABI info

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (include):
  include could not find load file:

    ITKModuleExternal


please suggest what should i do next?
