[ITK-users] Building PyBuffer (itk 4.8.0/Win7/VS2012)

I'm having problems building PyBuffer (itk 4.8.0) under Windows 7 64-bit 
using Visual Studio 2012. Numpy is 1.9.2.
I get the following errors when building the BridgeNumPyPython project:
