[ITK-users] Any instruction of compiling ITK with GPU support

By the way, I tried to compile ITK 4.6.0 with Visual Studio 2010, under windows 7 64 bit. I set USE_GPU on, but I got the error as follows:

Is there any detailed instructions of how to compile ITK with GPU module on? I had a hard time to get it work properly. Any information or help is appreciated.
