[ITK-users] Running an ITK program

Hi,

I'm new to ITK. I have installed ITK, and want to run the example here:
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/IO/ImageFileReader

How can I do that? Should the files be in the same directory of ITK?
