Arnaud,

The filters are correct. The figures on the Doxygen page should be updated though:

http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1PadImageFilter.html

These filters are similar to the ExtractImageFilter, in that the Origin stays the same but the starting index changes. Looking back at the figure in Doxygen the origin should be placed at the corner of the red box in both images.

Speaking of images to illustrate algorithms, I prefer the image grid illustrating many of these geometry concepts over the block done for the PadFilter like I did here:

Let me know what you think will be the most informative way to illustrate.
