Hi Sven,
To find the type of MetricType::TransformParametersType, look at the
Doxygen documentation for NormalizedCorrelationImageToImageMetric [1].
Following the typedef trail [2], the type is OptimizerParameters [3],
which can be created with
displacement = itk.OptimizerParameters.F( Dimension )
