[Insight-users] using SimpleITK with Canopy

If you do not need the brand new release (0.7.rc), in Canopy you can 
install SimpleITK with

easy_install -U Simple_ITK

No need to recompile anything, easy_install will download the egg file 
and installed. But it will be for SimpleITK 0.6.1
