[Insight-users] [Community] object factory mechanism for ImageFileReader not working with mhd

As it turns out, I needed to add
#define ITK_IO_FACTORY_REGISTER_MANAGER
and place the file itkImageIOFactoryRegisterManager.h somewhere in the
include path.
