[Insight-users] 3D vessel reconstruction

Hi,

Are you working just in X-ray angiography images? Would you like to obtain
the 3D representation of the vessel tree using a 2D projection? Would you
like to have a 3D mesh or a binary image for the lumen? Would you like to
obtain the vessel's curved-planar reformation view (CPR)? Maybe answering
these questions it will be easier to understand what you want to do.
