Okay, the inverse filter is not being instantiated. I think you might need
to enable the Review module after all and build ITK again.

I *believe* this is how you do that.

cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DModule_ITKReview:BOOL=ON

If you use the cmake gui (cmake-gui or ccmake), then turn on the advanced
options, search for Review, then check the checkbox to the right of
Module_ITKReview

Make sure also that in your CMakeLists.txt file for you project you have
the line

include(${ITK_USE_FILE})

right after the line

find_package(ITK)
