[Insight-users] Differences between Module_ITKIOMINC and Module_ITKMINC ?

Hi Ricardo,
The major limitation is NetCDF -- ITK does not build this third party
library. ITK does build HDF5 by default.
My understanding is that there are nice tools that convert minc1 to minc2.
