Hi Nicolas,

Here is how I build ITK with Visual Studio and the Ninja [1] build tool.

First, use a Batchfile to set the Visual Studio environmental
variables for the version desired [2].  A console emulator of choice
[3] is launched, which will have these environmental variables set.
