For binary segmentation you can use Dice coefficient.

Hi all,
I have a segmentation result of liver and I want to compare it with the
segmentation of a radiologist doctor , and I thought to use mutual
information to do it .
If you have an idea to do it in ITK or you propose another method for
comparison..
