[Insight-users] apply mask from a high res image to a low res one.

I have 2 images. The first one is a low resolution image of size (4mm X 4
mm X 4mm) and image size of 100X100x100 voxels. The 2nd image is a binary
high resolution one 1X1X1 mm and the size is 400x400x400 voxels. I would
like to mask the low resolution image by the high res one and then apply a
filter only to the masked area in the low res image.


How can I accomplish this in ITK?
