[Insight-users] 2D registration versus 3D different results

Hi all,

If I perform 2D registration on a slice then convert the resultant vector
field and 2D slice to a 3D volume and warp the image in this 3D domain I
get a different result as to when the warp is performed in a purely 2D
domain.  Is this expected behaviour and can someone give me insight into
what is going on?
