[Insight-users] ImageSeriesReadWrite command line

I am trying to use the ImageSeriesReadWrite example code to read a series of
images and output to a single file. I have tried a large number of output
suffixes and all throw the exception "could not create IO object for file".
The source I am using is unmodified from ITK-4.4/Examples/IO.

Can someone please post an example command line for ImageSeriesReadWrite?
