[Insight-users] GeodesicActiveContourLevelSetImageFilter for 3D data

Dear ITK users
 I am tring to do a level set based segmentation using
GeodesicActiveContourImageFilter.cxx sample in ITK. 2D works fine but
when I try on 3D data i've got this erorr:

Description: itk::ERROR:
GeodesicActiveContourLevelSetImageFilter(0x8d43330): Inputs do not occupy
the same physical space!
InputImage Spacing: [1.0000000e+00, 1.0000000e+00, 1.0000000e+00],
InputImageIndexedDataObject1 Spacing: [9.3750000e-01, 1.5000000e+00,
9.3750000e-01]
    Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06

Are there anyone who could succeed to run those segmentation filters in 3D?
If anyone could help or point me, please? Thank you in advance.
