Hi
I have a registration task oft wo images whereby i have a binary mask representing the region of interest to be registered. I want to crop the images first in XYZ direction to reduce image size and computation time. Therefore I found the RegionOfInterestImageFilter. Is there a filter which can extract the minimum/maximum xyz coordinate from a binary segmentation or do I need to compute it on my own, which would not be the problem but I do not want to reinvent the wheel....
Best regards
