[Insight-users] Geodesic Active Contour giving negative levelset both inside and outside of vessel and padded boundary

Hi Dan,
Thank you for your reply. My initial levelset does have negative values
inside the initial contour. And even in the result of the geodesic
ActiveContourLevelSetImageFilter, I am getting negative levelset inside of
my object. But the problem is I am getting negative levelset on the outside
of my object too. I have attached a result of my segmentation after
geodicactivecontourlevelsetimagefilter.
Though I apply binary thresholding after this, I am getting things inside
aneurysm to be white and everything outside aneurysm to be white too and
then the image has black padding on the boundary. I have attached the result
of final binary threshold filter too.

I think this problem is occurring because the aneurysm geometry that I have
is acting as a hollow object rather than a solid object as we can see in the
result of sigmoid filter-(SigmoidResult.png)
