Hello Brad,
yeah that was what I thought about.
I need the Registration of ITK but want to stay mainly in SimpleITK.
So isn't there a way to use numpy and load an array to ITK without recompiling all? I was reading about PyBuffer but when I want to use it I again have to recompile since Python(x,y) doesn't have PyBuffer included.
I am lokking for just a simple method to load data from SimpleITK to ITK an vice versa. The metadata I can do myself but just the payload.
I thought this should be a basic possibility since SimpleITK doesn't offer all the huge possibilities of ITK but is a nifty and yet simple to use tool compared to ITK.
