[Insight-users] ITKCommon-4.4.dll missed

I installed the ITK and build the toy example of "Hello world". When I excute the program, there is a error message telling "ITKCommon-4.4.dll missed"。

I have add the ITKCommon-4.4.dll  to the path, so what is wrong?
